Staging is preparing an Oklahoma house for sale. It is not decorating. All homes can be staged no matter size, location, or price.
It has been said many times that you only get one chance to make a good first impression. That is a fact of Oklahoma Real Estate sales. That is why I have chosen to couple my merchandising background with real estate and completed the necessary requirements to earn the ASP Stager designation. ASP stands for Accredited Staging Professional. As a service to my listing clients I provide a complimentary staging consultation. I follow that with professional photography and virtual tours posted  online to top real estate websites. Staging consultation services are also available to Oklahoma REALTORS and Oklahoma For Sale By Owners for a fee. See menu of services below.

Staging Consultation & Services for REALTORS & FSBO Owners
(Consultation #2 is free to my listing clients)
CONSULTATION
1. A one hour staging consultation with Oklahoma REALTOR and client. I will tour the house making notes, observations and taking photos. We will then walk through the property together and I will share my recommendations with you. This consultation will cost $50.00.
2. A one hour staging consultation with Oklahoma REALTOR at the property. I will tour the house making notes and observations and take photos. We will walk through the property together and I will point out my recommendations. I will then prepare a written report complete with photos for you to present to your client. This consultation will cost $100.00
SERVICES
1. Hands on staging services are available. I can bring accessories into a vacant house or work with existing belongings. Price is based on scope of project. Free estimates.
2. Liaison service for furniture rental. All rental contracts will be in seller’s name. I will oversee selection, delivery and placement of furniture. Furniture rentals have a 3 month minimum agreement.
