As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), I work in steps to help you purchase your next home. The first step is our interview, this is when we become acquainted and I learn about your needs in an Oklahoma home, your time line, and your budget. At that time I will also provide you with more detailed information about me, my company CENTURY 21 Goodyear Green, and the services I provide. This step will be done in person either at my office or in your home.
Your next step will be to meet with a lender. This will help you determine how much house you can afford. If you do not have someone in mind I can recommend names for you. Once you are qualified we can begin searching for property and the fun begins!
If we decide to work together I will then begin to aggressively search the market for your new home. When you find the home you want to buy, you'll make the seller an offer in writing. I will guide you through the entire process from searching, inspections and closing.
